Our practice is particularly experienced in child support enforcement matters enforced by the state or county, be it the County District Attorney or State / County Child Support Services Department. We have represented clients from across the United States in interstate proceedings. Randy W. Medina served for some time on the Los Angeles County Family Law Indigency Paternity Panel where he was appointed by the court to represent individuals of limited resources in child support cases brought against them by local governmental agencies. Mr. Medina has been
practicing law since 1998. He earned his Family Law Certification in 2004. He graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) and the University of California Los Angeles School of Law (UCLA). Mr. Medina was appointed by the Court and serves as a volunteer mediator in the Pasadena Branch of the Los Angeles Superior Court. He is a California State Bar designated Special Master serving in Los Angeles, Orange and San Bernardino Counties. Mr. Medina is a member of the Executive Committee of the Family Law Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He has been named a
Super Lawyer and is listed in the February 2012 issue of Los Angeles Magazine.
